India Fashion Week is over, and it’s time to check out the hottest makeup and hair looks this fall and winter.
Wet look
Models walked the runway with wet hair after a shower, while designers tied their damp locks into low ponytails. Of course, you shouldn’t leave the house with wet hair; use sun or hairspray to create a wet look.
More color and shine
Gucci makeup artist added shimmering details like rhinestones and silver foil to the models’ looks. Makeup artist decided not to use glitter on the eyelids and under the eyes, but to apply glitter all over the model’s body or hairline. Makeup artist Francesca Liberatore shows how to combine colored mascara and a pigmented eyeliner to create a natural look.
Eyebrows from A to Z
Next fall, makeup artists are suggesting revisiting classic, eye-catching eyeliners and pairing them with soft pink eyeshadow and feathered eyeliner. Model Giorgio Armani walked the runway with a “cat-eye look” but with brown eyeliner above the crease. In contrast, makeup artist showed off her creativity, with wide red eyeliners extending to the temples. Black Smokey eyes
If models walked the catwalk with neon eyes at the Spring/Summer 2024 fashion weeks, then during the Fall/Winter season their looks were complemented by black Smokey eyes. Pat McGrath was the master of makeup. To emphasize the eyes, the makeup artist highlighted the model’s eyebrows. A similar look was seen on the models of SoftMax, Ferrari and Roberto Cavalli.
“Water” hair.
In addition to bangs and waves, you can also see the “water” look at Milan Fashion Week: smooth and shiny hair. Designers were seen covering models’ heads in clear jelly, while models at Versace, Gcds and Del Core showed off more casual options.
